What shipping tiers does DJ use?
Shipping is organized around 3 ounces or under, 8 ounces, 12 ounces, and 1 pound tiers. The checkout page shows the available charge before payment.
Does DJ accept returns?
No. Sales are final and DJ does not accept returns, exchanges, or buyer-remorse cancellations. Contact DJ quickly if the wrong item arrives or a package is damaged in transit.
